Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Reschedule the photoshoot?
I understand that unexpected events can arise, such as bad weather or illness. You can reschedule your shoot once with at least 12 hours’ notice. If my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate your new date.
Can I get RAW file?
Unfortunately, I do not provide raw files. They are not the final product, and I focus on delivering high-resolution JPEG images that are ready for printing.
What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
I recommend scheduling your outdoor family photography session with a newborn once your baby reaches at least 3 months old. This allows for a more relaxed experience and captures your little one at a wonderful stage of growth.
Can I get refund?
The $100 deposit to confirm your booking is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the photoshoot. Please note that once the shooting date has passed, no refunds will be issued.
The only exception is if I’m unable to deliver your photos due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a system error or loss of equipment. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
Will my photos be shared online?
Rest assured, I will not share any photos or videos without your consent. I obtain social media permissions from every client. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, I will respect your wishes and keep them private.
